Honeydew melon is a round, oblong fruit with white or yellow skin, and pale or green flesh. It has a subtle sweet flavor and is considered the sweetest melon. Honeydew can be high in vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. This is a cousin to the cantaloupe but honeydew is not musky tasting (this is Farmer Katie’s favorite melon served nice and cold!).
