Our farm fresh zucchini are harvested at their peak, when they are young and tender, and possess a vibrant, glossy skin with a firm texture. They offer a mild, slightly sweet flavor with a delicate texture, making them versatile for various culinary applications like grilling, sautéing, baking, or spiralizing into noodles. We love to shred this versatile vegetable and add it to baked goods!
